<About Kyogashi-tsukasa Sueyoshi>
Founded in Kyoto in 1893, Kyogashi-tsukasa Sueyoshi has upheld the philosophy of creating "a world of dreams and joy" as the foundation of its craft since its inception. To share the magnificence of Kyoto confections, the company maintains its traditional prestige, continuing to create heartfelt sweets rather than mass-producing them.
A special coffee has arrived
Price: Beans (100g) / ¥1,450 (tax included)
At our Kyoto Gion store, we are introducing our newly developed "KYOTO ’til Infinity" blend, which will be used in all espresso drinks with the exception of decaf lattes.
This blend is based on beans from Niguse Gemeda in Ethiopia, which Sarutahiko Coffee has purchased through direct trade for many years, and is perfected by the addition of beans from El Diviso in Colombia—a farm chosen twice by world champion baristas.
You will experience a sophisticated and complex flavor profile, where the high-quality sweetness and fruitiness of peaches and oranges harmonize as if coated in chocolate.
Please enjoy a cup that can only be experienced in the special setting of Kyoto.

Interior designer Tokumoto Design Office
Comment from representative Mr. Tokumoto
The space is configured and designed with a symbolic "engawa" (veranda) seating area at its center, creating a sense of circulation that allows guests to feel as if they are strolling through a Kyoto garden while enjoying their coffee.
The materials used throughout—such as traditional Kyoto-style wooden lattices, natural stone, and hand-chiseled "naguri" solid wood—add depth and dimension to the space. We carefully considered these natural materials to ensure they evoke a sense of calm and allow the quality of our authentic coffee to truly shine.
We hope that this space in the Gion district of Kyoto will become a place where a new coffee culture can flourish.
