When changing your mobile device, please check the following information before proceeding with the change.

Please note that if you do not follow the steps below, your information from the old device may not be transferred to the new one.

【Regarding Account Information】

Your customer information, point balance, and rank information can all be transferred.

Please check your registered email address via your My Page, and use that same address to log in again after changing your device.

If you have forgotten your registered password, please reset it here.

If you are using an email address such as @docomo.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, or @ezweb.ne.jp, you may not be able to receive emails correctly due to system limitations.
Please configure your settings to receive emails from "onlineshop@sarutahiko.live", or contact us at "onlineshop@sarutahiko.live" to request a change to your registered email address.

【Regarding Stamp Card Transfer】

Please ensure you follow the steps below to transfer your stamp card.
Please be aware that if you do not perform the required operations, the stamp card cannot be transferred.

※To use the stamp feature and the stamp transfer feature, you must have the latest version of the app installed.

＜Transfer Steps＞
① Tap the stamp card banner on the home screen of your old device
② Tap "Click here for stamp card transfer when changing devices"
③ Follow the on-screen instructions

＜Notes on Transfer＞
・The transfer QR code is always active; if it is printed, distributed to a third party, or scanned by someone else, you may be unable to complete the transfer.
・The transfer QR code is valid for one scan only; a second scan will be invalid. This is to prevent unauthorized transfers and account takeovers.
・Once the transfer is completed, incentives can only be viewed by tracing your past cards.
・If you were collecting stamps on both the new and old devices, the stamp information on the new device will be overwritten by the information from the old device. The totals will not be added together.
