PRODUCT INFO

商品説明

We are pleased to introduce this lot, which placed 6th in the 2025 Peru Cup of Excellence.
This is a Geisha variety coffee, processed using the washed method, grown on a farm located at an altitude of 2,260m in the Andes Mountains.
At high altitudes, the cool temperatures cause the coffee cherries to ripen slowly, resulting in a cup with a smooth, compelling flavor profile.
While the Geisha variety typically offers notes of flowers, citrus, and tea—all of which are present in this coffee—the terroir of this high altitude adds a ripe fruit quality, allowing you to enjoy notes of peach, red grape, and lime.
As it cools, its viscosity and sweetness increase, reminiscent of sugar syrup or amber candy (bekko-ame).
We invite you to take this opportunity to experience the wonderful flavors produced by this rare terroir.

About the Farm

In Peru, coffee is cultivated by small-scale farmers on the steep slopes of the Andean mountain ranges.
Inkawasi is located in a valley, with farms situated at altitudes ranging from 1,700m to 2,500m, some of the highest in Peru.
Coralpampa Farm is managed by Elizabeth, who was born into a family of 12 siblings and learned about coffee from her parents.
As a member of the San Fernando Cooperative, her dedication to refining her processing techniques has led to this achievement.
